HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT

You can make a payment by

Mailing your check in with the coupon that was provided at the bottom of your statement.

Dropping your payment off at our office which is located at: 525 Woodland Square Blvd. Ste 250 Conroe, Texas 77384 (there is a drop box just inside the door to the left)

Paying online by going to: https://Tristar.cincwebaxis.com

Please note that there is a 3.25% fee for credit card payments and a $1.99 fee

for echeck payments.

If you are going to pay online, you must register first at: https://Tristar.cincwebaxis.com and then you will receive an email to set your password. Once you set your password, you can log in and make your payment.

Note that assessments are due January 1st and considered delinquent February 1st.

FIREWORKS AND FIREARMS PROHIBITED

Please remember that Fireworks and Firearms are Not Allowed.

According to the High Meadow Estates Declaration of Covenants, Article VI, Section 6.01 Use Restrictions: L. FIREARMS AND FIREWORKS: The use or discharge of firearms, firecrackers or other fireworks in the Subdivision is prohibited.

Please be neighborly and safe this holiday season and abide by these restrictions. Your neighbors and their pets will thank you!

This is a kid and pet friendly neighborhood. We enjoy walking, riding bikes and exploring on golf carts.

Please observe speed limits and stay alert and watch for kids waiting for and getting off buses.
