ACC Process & Forms

Application package must be complete to submit to ACC. If the application package is not complete it will not be reviewed. 
 
TEMPORARY CULVERTS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ALL CULVERTS IN SECTIONS 9, 10, AND 11 MUST BE SET/INSTALLED BY THE DEVELOPER - CONTACT THE DEVELOPER TO SCHEDULE YOUR CULVERT INSTALL AT culverts@hmdctx.com
 
ALL CULVERTS IN SECTIONS 1 - 7 MUST BE INSTALLED BY THE COUNTY. CONTACT THE COUNTY TO SCHEDULE YOUR CULVERT INSTALL.
 
 
When a property owner has approval from the ACC to install their culvert, they will send a completed application to HMD at culverts@hmdctx.com so we can provide a cost estimate, estimated install date and invoicing for the culvert installation. 
 
Please note that all ACC application packets must be submitted in electronic PDF format via email to - acc@tristarcm.net
 
You must ensure that all attachments and color samples are in separate PDF FORMAT AND ARE READABLE.   
 
We must receive the following documents before a New Home application can be sent to the committee for review:
  • Home Application
  • Minimum Landscape Standards
  • County Permit & Septic Design
  • Property Survey
  • Plot / Site Plan - Should include Gas- Electric- AC locations
  • Landscape Plan
  • Tree Survey and Clearing Plan 
  • Drainage Plan
  • Engineered Drawings
  • Elevation Drawings
  • Driveway Wing Wall Design Drawing
  • Exterior Sample Materials / Colors / Cutsheets 
  • Copy of Insurance for project
  • A copy Payment Application - Deposit taken by Tristar
