Please remember that Fireworks and Firearms are Not Allowed.
According to the High Meadow Estates Declaration of Covenants, Article VI, Section 6.01 Use Restrictions: L. FIREARMS AND FIREWORKS: The use or discharge of firearms, firecrackers or other fireworks in the Subdivision is prohibited.
Please be neighborly and safe this holiday season and abide by these restrictions. Your neighbors and their pets will thank you!

Did you know...when you sign up for vacation watch it not only helps you but it could help your neighborhood. Constable/Sheriff presence can help deter criminal activity. It's a win/win for you and your neighbors!

This is a kid and pet friendly neighborhood. We enjoy walking, riding bikes and exploring on golf carts.
Please observe speed limits and stay alert and watch for kids waiting for and getting off buses.
Property Owners are encouraged to report suspicious or hazardous activity to the appropriate authority.
